Our client is entering a new phase of growth and this newly created role is readily available for those who have a proven sales/BD record and stable career to date working in the Recruitment Industry, especially across temporary blue collar recruitment solutions.
We are looking for a high-impact sales professional to drive growth across the Midlands region, taking ownership of new business across the branch network. Door opening and winning new business for fulfilment is your core focus. You will target key sectors including logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing, while also working closely with branch teams to maximise conversion and performance in order to gain further repeat business and sustainable growth within A-Z as well as larger accounts which can include multi-site opportunities.
You must therefore be used to working to targets and be confident in client face-to-face meetings, which may also include presentations. To be considered, you must demonstrate full key experience within securing new business, including tenders, within the recruitment sector. This experience should be temp biased with a full understanding around RTW, processes, and legislation.
You will be commercially aware to discuss rates, margins, and cost out business to maximise GP and glow with confidence, being resilient and determined in your abilities.
