A leading recruitment agency is seeking a high-performing Branch Manager to head up its Manchester operation within the industrial and driving sector. This is a hands-on leadership role with full P&L responsibility and the scope to grow and shape a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in industrial or logistics recruitment, combined with a passion for winning business, developing staff, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and developing a team of recruitment consultants and support staff
  • Driving new business and expanding the client base across the North West
  • Managing key accounts and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Overseeing compliance, H&S, and legal requirements across all placements
  • Monitoring branch KPIs, performance targets, and financial goals
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring new team members
  • Taking ownership of day-to-day branch operations and commercial decisions
Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Consultant in industrial and/or driving recruitment
  • Proven success in business development and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance and operational procedures
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
