A leading recruitment agency is seeking a high-performing Branch Manager to head up its Manchester operation within the industrial and driving sector. This is a hands-on leadership role with full P&L responsibility and the scope to grow and shape a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in industrial or logistics recruitment, combined with a passion for winning business, developing staff, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Leading and developing a team of recruitment consultants and support staff
- Driving new business and expanding the client base across the North West
- Managing key accounts and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Overseeing compliance, H&S, and legal requirements across all placements
- Monitoring branch KPIs, performance targets, and financial goals
- Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring new team members
- Taking ownership of day-to-day branch operations and commercial decisions
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Consultant in industrial and/or driving recruitment
- Proven success in business development and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance and operational procedures
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
- Basic salary of £40,000
- Uncapped commission scheme
- Performance-related bonus
