As part of their continued growth strategy, they are seeking an experienced Industrial Divisional Manager to lead and expand operations in the Bolton area.
The Role
This is a key leadership position for an ambitious, commercially driven individual. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for growing the Bolton division—leading a team, building new business, and delivering service excellence to existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of recruiters and account managers.
