Our client is a respected name in the Driving recruitment sector, known for delivering reliable staffing solutions across warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing. As part of their continued growth strategy, they are seeking an experienced Industrial Divisional Manager to lead and expand operations in the Bolton area.

The Role

This is a key leadership position for an ambitious, commercially driven individual. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for growing the Bolton division—leading a team, building new business, and delivering service excellence to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of recruiters and account managers.
  • Drive business development across the local industrial sector, targeting new clients and contracts.
  • Maintain and grow key client relationships, ensuring high service standards and client retention.
  • Identify market trends and business opportunities in the Bolton area.
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
