We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class One Driver to join our team in Northampton, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Transporting goods and products from one location to another safely and efficiently
- Conducting pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy and compliant with safety regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents that occur
- Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Communicating effectively with dispatchers, other drivers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
