The post holder will manage cases primarily on yard, collaborate with colleagues when appropriate, and provide an excellent out-of-hours service as part of a shared rota. They will communicate clearly and professionally, demonstrate sound judgment under pressure, and represent the practice positively to existing and prospective clients. Contribution to the team includes supporting interns and less experienced vets, engaging in case discussions, and fostering a positive learning culture.
