Permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse, Amersham
Type: Small Animal
Location: Amersham
Practice: An exciting, independent, growing veterinary group that has been giving a fresh look to working in the veterinary sector for fifteen years now.
Facilities and Services: It has all the facilities you would expect of a modern practice including digital radiography, ultrasonography, and an Idexx in-house integrated laboratory. There are dedicated surgical facilities for both their use and that of a visiting orthopaedic surgeon.
Hours: Part-time = 3-day week and every other Saturday morning. No on-call, no working Sundays, no working bank holidays.
Branch Work: No
Skills/Experience: They need a dynamic, experienced vet to come on board and help their growing practice. Working alongside their other surgeon and visiting Peripatetic Team it is initially a sole-charge position.
Support: There is always plenty of support from their 25 clinicians and 100 staff across the group. They really do all act as a team, something they are proud of.
Salary: Competitive salary of between £50,000-£80,000 p/a (DOE). Up to six weeks leave in addition to the above. Loyalty bonus scheme. CPD is encouraged with a generous budget. RCVS and VDS fees paid. Staff animals treated at cost.
