An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and self-motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join a new independent practice opening in Summer 2025. The practice is based in the picturesque coastal town of Redcar in North Yorkshire.

The Role:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help develop and grow the new practice, with the potential to lead and mentor a team. Full support will be provided in the setting up, running, and development of the new practice. The practice is also offering the opportunity to carry out keyhole surgery at their sister site.

The Hours:

The role is full-time, with a 40-hour week spread over 4 days, including paid designated breaks. Saturday mornings are on a rota basis with time back in lieu the following week. There is no out-of-hours work or on-call duties.

Support:

The practice is committed to continuous professional development and values its employees. It offers the chance to develop your skills, enjoy the clinical flexibility and freedom of independent practice, manage and follow through your own case load, and maintain client continuity, whilst being part of a close-knit team.

The Package:

The salary is commensurate with skills and experience, up to £70,000 per annum. The benefits package includes:

CPD allowance of £1500, plus 4 days

No Bank Holiday working

Accommodation available if looking to relocate
