Warehouse Administrator sought to join the logistics centre of a global, £multibillion polymer manufacturer with nearly 200 locations worldwide, based in Runcorn. The Role: Ass Warehouse Administrator, your day-to-day duties will include: Liaising between the Company’s third-party logistics provider and the wider Company Group, including Sales and Planning Departments QC checking for the factory and business units Supporting the stillage controlling functions and NDC Manager Daily usage of current Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Excel Daily correspondence with GI departments for any 3rd party issues Handling all daily courier requirements Communication with business units for quality issues (i.e. colour checks, production errors) Monitoring stock movements on WMS and providing analysis of stock levels Organising and monitoring customer and factory returns Providing daily analysis of consolidation process Stocktake process and workflow The successful Warehouse Administrator will demonstrate: Previous experience in a similar warehouse administration role An analytical approach Ability to work in a small team in a role with a high degree of autonomy Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel SAP Warehouse knowledge is desirable but not essential Benefits: £25,000 – £32,000 salary depending on experience 32 days holidays including bank holidays, rising to 33 days after 2 years’ service Time off in lieu Pension scheme Free flu jabs Health & wellbeing Option to buy and sell holiday Cycle to Work scheme Long service awards Company rewards platform Employee assistance programme Internal training academy Access to external training and supported education Social culture and events Warehouse Administrator Runcorn, Cheshire £25,000 – £32,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits
