Part‑Time Maternity Cover in the Windows Solutions division of an international polymer manufacturer in its Ross‑on‑Wye office. The global company has nearly 200 locations worldwide and supplies a range of industries including construction, industrial and automotive. This is a 25‑hour, 3‑day per week, 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover contract. The role is hybrid: 2 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
As Marketing Manager (Campaigns & PR), you will report to the Head of Marketing & Communications and will be responsible for managing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns during the maternity leave period. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will execute the marketing strategy and manage impactful campaigns that elevate the Windows Solutions brand, drive customer acquisition and increase sales across all customer segments.
Day‑to‑day Duties:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the overarching marketing strategy, aligning with the organisation’s strategic growth objectives
- Create and execute marketing campaigns
- Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and measuring ROI
- Raise the company’s profile using marketing tools and platforms and identify avenues for brand exposure
- Generate engaging content for all marketing platforms
- Coordinate PR activity aligned to the campaigns
- Work with agencies to implement the PR and communications plan and strategy
- Stay up to date with industry news and developments for use in marketing content
Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant marketing‑related discipline or Business (strongly preferred)
- Strong experience in a similar PR & Marketing role within B2B & B2C markets (essential)
- Strong project leadership and planning skills
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Competency in writing compelling and creative campaign content
- Proficiency in PR and marketing software and tools
- Creative mindset with a strategic and analytical approach
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach
