Marketing Manager – Campaigns & PR sought by the Windows Solutions division of an international polymer manufacturer, in their Ross‑on‑Wye office. This global company has nearly 200 locations worldwide and supplies to a range of industries including construction, industrial and automotive industries.

Position: Part‑time 25 hours / 3 days per week (12‑month fixed term maternity cover). Hybrid role: 2 days in the office and 1 day from home. Some flexibility to consider a less experienced full‑time Marketing Manager (37.5 hours).

Role: As the Marketing Manager (Campaigns & PR) you will report to the Head of Marketing & Communications. You will be responsible for managing our customer B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to cover maternity leave, working closely on executing the marketing strategy and managing impactful campaigns that elevate the Window Solutions brand, drive customer acquisition and increase sales across all customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the overarching marketing strategy aligned with the organisation’s strategic growth objectives.
  • Creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and measuring ROI.
  • Raise the company profile using marketing tools and platforms; identify avenues for brand exposure.
  • Generate engaging content for all marketing platforms.
  • Coordinate PR activity aligned to the campaigns.
  • Work with agencies to implement the PR and communications plan and strategy.
  • Stay up to date with industry news and developments for use in marketing content.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant marketing‑related discipline or Business (strongly preferred).
  • Strong level of experience within a similar PR & Marketing role within the B2B & B2C markets (essential).
  • Strong project leadership and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Competency in writing compelling and creative campaign content.
  • Proficiency in PR and marketing software and tools.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic and analytical approach.
  • Attention to detail, with a methodical approach.
