Production Supervisors sought to join an award-winning, multimillion turnover food manufacturing company based in Bilston. They are a privately owned company who supply numerous sectors including foodservice, retail, wholesale and catering, both in the UK and abroad. They are permanent, full-time positions on the PM shift (Tuesday – Friday: 2pm-10.30pm, Saturday: 9am-5.30pm). There are positions available from Level 1 to Level 3 depending on candidate experience.
Your Duties as Production Supervisor
- Manage an assigned production area, overseeing daily production schedules
- Drive day-to-day operational performance to meet productivity and efficiency targets
- Support, develop and look after your team, promoting wellbeing, fairness and respect at all times
- Create a positive working environment
- Maintain accurate and timely data within the computerised production system
- Lead and support a team of Line Operatives and Machine Minders
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English
- Demonstrate and role‑model our Company Values in all aspects of your work

- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, Line Leader, Shift Leader etc
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Food manufacturing industry experience
- HACCP awareness
- A genuine commitment to team wellbeing and engagement
- The ability to work calmly and decisively in a fast‑paced environment
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving
- A commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement
Pay & Benefits
