Job Role

The Process Scientist will support MS&T activities within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. As a Process Scientist, you will generate and maintain manufacturing documentation, design and execute experimental protocols, analyse data, and deliver clear technical reports. The role involves supporting technology transfer, new product introduction, and leading process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing such as MS&T, Quality, Production or Engineering
  • Strong experience producing GMP documentation including SOPs, protocols, reports and batch records
  • Laboratory or pilot plant experience to support process trials
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt quickly in a Process Scientist role

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • Degree educated in a relevant scientific discipline
