- Pay: £37,000 - £40,000 DOE (Increase in salary after successfully passing probation 6 Months)
- Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (Flexibility will be required)

Job Role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and improving the overall operational performance of the site. Leading a team of 60 staff, you'll focus on route efficiency, route planning, and staff allocation. You will also collaborate with other Operations Managers to drive consistency and improvements across all depots.
