Job Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for members of the public, handling inbound enquiries via telephone, email and face to face interactions. The Customer Service Assistant will gather relevant information from customers and direct enquiries to the appropriate internal department, ensuring a professional and efficient service is provided at all times. The role also includes updating internal systems, carrying out data entry duties, supporting administrative processes, booking appointments where required, handling complaints professionally, and working to agreed service standards.
