Job Details

  • Pay: Up to £40,000 per annum
  • Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (flexibility required)
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Benefits: 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (increases with length of service)

Job Role

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and improving overall site performance. Duties include leading a team of staff, overseeing route planning and efficiency, allocating resources effectively, and resolving operational issues.
