Job Description
Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client in their search for a Transport Coordinator to work in their Wrexham based facility. For the successful Transport Coordinator, our client is offering:
- Up to £33,000 per annum
- Rotational Morning and Afternoons :
- Week 1 : Monday 5am – 2:30pm | Tuesday to Friday 12:30pm – 10pm
- Week 2 : Tuesday to Saturday 5am – 2:30pm
- Permanent Position
- Development opportunities in a rapidly growing organization
The role – Transport Coordinator:
- To manage the transport activities effectively and continuously
- To organise and coordinate the activities of the Transportation Department alongside the Planner
- Managing Drivers
- Liasing with intake, despatch, production and other related departments
- Coordinating processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Awareness of strategic responses to external influences, e.g. legislation, fuel costs and environmental pressures

- Experience within the transportation field – ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge of relevant Laws & Regulations – ESSENTIAL
- Valid Driving License – ESSENTIAL
- Experience of transport planning – DESIRABLE
