- Thursday, Friday, Monday 10:00 to 19:00, 06:00 to 15:00 on Saturday and Sunday's

As an Administrator your responsibilities will be
- Manage and complete administrative tasks including sales orders, purchase orders, delivery notes, transport requests, and daily management information
- Processing orders
- Closing jobs off system and putting them on
- Track and maintain all operational documentation as required
- Co-ordinate and book hauliers for UK collections and deliveries
- Liaise with Hauliers to ensure proof of delivery records are received and investigate any discrepancies.
- Co-ordinate and complete stock count on packaging, PPE, consumables at the agreed cadence
- Updating various stock and warehouse systems to ensure that theoretical stock available always reconciles with physical stock on hand, including but not limited to
- Engage with external companies to ensure stock levels for packaging, PPE and consumables are maintained and order supplies where and when necessary, ensuring Prophet is accurate.
- Provide general administrative support to the business, including managing documentation, organising meetings, and maintaining files and records.
You will also assist with data entry, report generation, and other ad-hoc tasks as required
- You will also be expected to provide assistance in all other areas of the business as and when required

- Previous experience in similar role in a food production or distribution enviroment- ESSENTIAL
- Proven experience with use of a system in role, inputting data etc- ESSENTIAL
- Excellent planning skills and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team player with the ability to work autonomously if required
- Attention to details and be able to problem solve
- Work well under pressure
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Products, Prophet (desirable) etc
