Job Role / Responsibilities
The Technical Quality Manager will report directly to the Site Director and will be responsible for leading the site Quality team, ensuring full compliance with industry and customer standards, and driving continuous improvement across quality systems and manufacturing processes. The Technical Quality Manager will work closely with the compliance function to ensure seamless alignment across Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental requirements, communicating technical information effectively across all levels of the business.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a Technical Quality Manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience in quality systems management and continuous improvement
- Proven ability to manage audits, non-conformance investigations, and supplier and customer quality issues
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex datasets
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
- Experience within the Print & Packaging industry, ideally high-end packaging
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Six Sigma qualifications or practical application
