For the successful Welding Supervisor our client is offering:
- Competitive basic salary paying £40,000 Per Annum
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5pm with a 12:30pm finish on Fridays
- Temporary to Permanent roles within a thriving manufacturer

The Role - Welding Supervisor:
- Supervising a team of Welder / Fabricators
- Ensuring the team are producing Welds to the correct standards
- Identifying any bottlenecks in work being completed and identifying best measures
- Jumping on the tools at times when required
- Helping rework items when required
- Ensuring work being completed is to set Company standards
- Mentoring the team and striving for continuous improvement
What our client is looking for in a Welding Supervisor:
- MIG Welding experience
- Supervisory experience
- Welding & Fabrication knowledge
- Able to read drawings
- Happy to support the team at times when needed with Welding & Fabrication
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUGS TEST!
