Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Food Manufacturing company, in their search for Team Leaders to work in their leading facility in Deeside.
For the successful Team Leader, our client is offering:
- £29,870 per annum 4 on 4 off 6am-6pm Days
- £31,827 per annum 4 on 4 off 6pm-6am Nights
- Opportunity for progression
- Permanent role
The role - Team Leader:
- Responsible for the safe & efficient running of all production lines to meet production & hygiene targets as advised daily by the Site Manager
- Manage production and packing of automated ice packing line to build pallets of finished product and store safely in the site freezer
- Manage 1-2 product packing operative staff on shift
- Manage the daily production and cleaning regime and keep appropriate records for audit trail purposes, this to include weight checks, metal detection checks, clean down activity etc.
- Maintain production efficiency and manage waste levels, especially packaging, to a minimum
- Manage any raw material & other goods-in information for the site to ensure warehouse efficiency is maintained
