Recruit4staff are representing a well-established packaging business in their search for a Senior Engineer to work in Crewe
Job Details:
- Pay: £50,000 – £55,000 (Call-out bonus when called out)
- Hours of Work: Week 1 – Monday to Thursday 6 am – 1:25 pm, Friday 6 am – 1 pm Week 2 – Monday to Thursday 1:20 pm – 9 pm, Friday 12:55 pm – 6:55 pm
- Duration: Permanent

Job Role: As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment on site. You will manage stock and parts ordering, implement the 5S methodology to uphold a highly efficient and organised workshop, and work with Komori, Heidelberg, Bobst, Speedmaster, and Miyakoshi machines. This role offers the chance to lead projects and mentor team members in a fast-paced production environment.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Previous experience on the tools
- Electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic experience
- Experience working under complex conditions and timescales
