Recruit4staff is representing a leading manufacturing business in Birmingham, recruiting a Sales Coordinator.

Job Details:

  • Pay: Up to £29,120 per annum
  • Hours of Work: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with a 1 hour lunch each day
  • Duration: Permanent role within a very busy, growing business
  • Benefits: Immediate start available and growth opportunities within the business

Job Role:

  • Ensuring all customer activity and opportunities are accurately input onto the company's CRM
  • Ensure customer follow ups, actions and tasks are completed in line with agreed timescales
  • Produce regular pipeline and sales activity reports for management review
  • Identify dormant / inactive opportunities to follow up on
  • Support preparation of quotations, presentations and general documentation
  • Supporting account management activities for UK customers
  • Use of LinkedIn
  • Supporting with business development initiatives
  • Liaising with customers

Essential Skills Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Support, Sales Administration or Sales Coordination
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong Administrative / Organisational skills
  • Professional and customer focused approach

Desired Skills Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Automotive, engineering, manufacturing or Service industry experience
  • Experience supporting Sales or Commercial Teams
  • Experience in Preparing quotations
