For the successful Production Operator, our client is offering:

  • £11.75 per hour + yearly performance-related bonus scheme
  • Day positions - Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 17.15pm - Friday 4.15pm
  • Temp to perm role
  • Every second Friday nonworking
  • Development opportunities within the company

The role - Production Operator:

  • Assembly, packaging, and labelling of products
  • Quality inspection of finished parts and documenting defects
  • Checking and packing finished parts
  • Following standard operating procedures
  • Working to production targets

What our client is looking for in a Production Operator:

  • Dexterity and a strong attention to detail - ESSENTIAL
  • Previous experience working to targets on a production line - DESIRED
  • Maintain good attendance in role - ESSENTIAL
  • Able to stand up working on the line for full shift
  • Must be able to pass an assembly test
