Job Role:
As the Part‑time Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and business support within a professional services environment, including diary management, client documentation and financial product research. The Part‑time Personal Assistant will investigate financial product information, prepare information for client reports, produce new business packs, manage Letters of Authority and follow up incomplete paperwork by email and telephone.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant or Personal Adviser.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage diaries, paperwork and client administration accurately.
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Previous financial services experience relevant to a Part‑time Personal Assistant role.
- CII Level 3 Certificate in Financial Services.
- Business‑related A-Levels.
- LIBF Certificate in Financial Administration.
