Job Role:
The Civils Operative (Multi-Trader) will be covering all aspects of building work on manufacturing sites including excavation/underground works, drainage works, concreting, joinery, office refurbs and general building works. Travelling from Widnes to sites across the North West working as part of a small Civils team, this position involves travel to various local sites and requires a versatile approach to civil groundworks and multi-trade tasks, including machine operation.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
- Experience as a multi-trade builder or civils worker
- SCATTS or CSCS certified
- Full UK driving licence
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
- C&G/NVQ in a construction-related trade
- Skills in joinery, plastering, bricklaying, curbing, paving, concreting, slabbing
- MEWP or NPORS dumper licence
