Recruit4staff is representing a well-established paper hygiene manufacturing business in the search for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to work in Grantham.

Pay: Up to £51,500 per annum

Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off, covering days & nights

Duration: Permanent

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will maintain facilities, equipment and machinery safely and cost-effectively to maximise overall equipment effectiveness. You will support engineering projects, installation and commissioning, planned and reactive maintenance, CMMS reporting, fault-finding and continuous improvement activity across a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Highly developed fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • PLC fault-finding and diagnostics experience
  • Ability to understand and amend ladder logic
