- Pay: Β£40,000 β Β£42,000 per annum (DOE)
- Hours of Work: Monday β Friday, days role, 40 hours per week

Job Role:
The Facilities Engineer will carry out electrical maintenance and repairs across the site including lighting, sockets and basic fault finding. You will support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks, maintain and monitor site equipment such as boilers, compressors and cooling systems, and complete general building maintenance including basic plumbing, carpentry and fabric repairs. The Facilities Engineer will also support site compliance including permit to work, contractor control and Legionella, while maintaining high standards of safety, water hygiene and building condition.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Qualified or time-served electrician
- Experience in building services or site maintenance environments
- Multi-skilled approach across electrical and general maintenance
