Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading company in their search for a Crane Engineer to work in Shrewsbury. For the successful Crane Engineer, our client is offering:
- Competitive basic salary of between Β£35,000 - Β£40,000 depending on experience
- Company van
- 8am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday, Fridays 8am-2pm (Flexibility is Required)
- Great overall earning potential
- Overtime on Weekdays & Saturdays x1.5
- Overtime on Sundays is paid at Double Time
- 20 days + bank holidays
The role - Crane Engineer:
- Installation, maintenance and repair of Overhead Crane systems
- Commissioning at customer sites
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and address potential issues
- Respond promptly to service calls for emergency repairs and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Provide technical support to customers regarding crane operation, maintenance & troubleshooting
- Completing relevant paperwork and keeping it all updated
What our client is looking for in a Crane Engineer:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Suitably qualified with an Electrical bias
- Proven experience in the Installation, Maintenance & Repair of Overhead Crane systems
- Ability to fault-find, diagnose and repair mechanical / electrical faults
- Flexibility for weekend work & Overnight stays are required
