For the successful Despatch Manager, our client is offering:
- Salary of £35,000 Per Annum
- 8am – 5pm (Monday to Friday)
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
- Company pension

The role of Despatch Manager:
- Oversee despatch operations and manage a team of Supervisors and Despatch Operatives across multiple shift patterns.
- Ensure smooth flow of goods, maintain stock levels, meet SLAs, and follow SOPs per client.
- Act as the key contact for your team and internal Client Account Managers.
- Lead the team, ensure communication between departments, and optimise processes for accuracy and efficiency.
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; may require evening or weekend shifts.
