Job Role
As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating steel components using MIG and TIG techniques. The Welder Fabricator will work from engineering drawings, handling both mild and stainless steel, while supporting fabrication processes and assisting with workshop machinery operations to ensure high-quality production standards.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator with MIG and TIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience working with both mild steel and stainless steel
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
- City & Guilds or NVQ in Fabrication, Welding, or similar
- Previously coded in MIG or TIG welding
- Experience with steel fabrication work
- Experience operating a brake press machine
- Background in a similar Welder Fabricator role
