Job Role: Creating CNC programs based on customer specifications and engineering drawings. Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling centres to produce low volume, complex components. Designing 2D and 3D models. Developing toolpaths and instructions for milling centres using Heidenhain controls.
Job Details:
- Pay: £39,000 - £44,000 per annum
- Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm, 7am - 3pm Fridays
- Duration: Permanent
- Benefits: Plenty of overtime available at time and a half
Essential Skills & Experience:
- CAD CAM programming
- Heidenhain controls
- CNC Milling
- Experience working in a precision engineering environment
- Experience reading complex engineering drawings
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Hurco controls experience
- Experience working with exotic metals
Essential Qualifications:
