Recruit4staff are representing an established building services business in their search for a Business Development Manager (Building Services) to work in Manchester.

Job Details:

  • Pay: £60,000 to £65,000 per annum
  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with hybrid working available
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Benefits: Car allowance in the region of £6,000, discretionary company bonus, increased employer pension contributions of 5.7%, 23 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and hybrid working

Job Role:

As the Business Development Manager (Building Services), you will identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across M E maintenance and building services. The Business Development Manager (Building Services) will manage relationships with existing client stakeholders, attend new business meetings and industry events, and lead and coordinate tender presentations to prospective clients. You will also review technical specifications to support estimating, pricing and commercial compliance while liaising closely with operations and estimating teams to develop suitable client solutions.
