Recruit4staff are representing a leading facilities management company in their search for a Multi‐Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work as a Mobile Engineer covering multiple sites in the North‐West.

Job Details:

  • Pay: Up to Ā£40,000 per annum
  • Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Benefits: Company vehicle, Ā£150 Float, trade card, Company Sick Pay Scheme, regular company socials, Ā£750 staff referral scheme, birthday voucher, 5.7% employer Pension Contribution, 31 days holiday including 8 bank holidays (rising to 33 days after 5 years of service)

Job Role:

As a Multi‐Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working across commercial sites such as offices, leisure centres, hotels, restaurants, shopping centres and student accommodations. Your day‐to‐day tasks will include PPM and reactive maintenance, testing and repairing various equipment, and handling both electrical and mechanical maintenance – including HVAC systems, plant rooms, fire alarms, and emergency lighting. General building maintenance such as basic plumbing and joinery will also be part of your remit.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance
  • Experience in FM or building management services
  • Hands‐on experience with mechanical/HVAC maintenance
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • 18th Edition
  • AM2
  • Test & Inspection certifications (2391 / 2394 / 2395)
  • Mechanical qualifications in Plumbing/HVAC
  • F‐Gas Category 1
