For the successful Administrator our client is offering: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.00 Permanent Role Benefits: 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Onsite Parking, profit share bonus (discretionary) & car packages available (discretionary) The role – Administrator : Process fines, penalty charge notices and congestion charges Complete all documentation correctly Generate letters to the authorities ensuring that the information completed is accurate Ensure that payments are processed where necessary Check / report on money received and payments to be made Process refund credits and generate invoices as required Scan and upload fine documentation Scan, upload and check vehicle documentation received accurately updating the database What our client is looking for in a Administrator: Administration experience – ESSENTIAL Payment Processing / Invoice Processing – ESSENTIAL Fleet Operations Knowledge and Experience – DESIREABLE
