Job Details:
- Pay: £13.72 per hour
- Hours of Work: Rotating shifts Monday–Friday 12pm–8pm / 2pm–10pm
- Duration: Temp to Perm
Job Role: As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for the coating of lenses within a busy manufacturing environment. The role involves 20% machine operation and 80% manual tasks, including detailed inspection work to ensure high-quality output. You will carry out basic maintenance and calibration of machinery, while strictly adhering to site regulations and GMP standards.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with manufacturing machinery
- Technically minded with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues
- Strong work ethic with a stable work history
- High level of dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with regulations
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
