This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality management who can oversee all aspects of a food-serving pub, including front-of-house service, kitchen coordination, staffing, stock control, customer satisfaction, and profitability. What our client is offering the successful General Manager: Annual salary £34,000 plus 10% of net profits Shared live in accommodation options (first month free, rent negotiable thereafter) Established customer base The Role: Responsible for all onsite operations Completing all relevant paperwork and documentation Organising and promoting social events to enhance revenue of the site Providing excellent levels of customer service and offering solutions to complaints Responsible for all Health and Safety on site Responsible for staff recruitment and management, conducting regular reviews, organising staff rotas and payroll.
