Job Details:

  • Circa £58,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience and skillset)
  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Days
  • Duration: Interim (6 Months)

Job Role:

The Interim HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organisational objectives and fostering a high-performance culture. This role involves supporting workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning and performance management processes, alongside onboarding and engagement activities. The Interim HR Business Partner will analyse HR metrics, support employee relations matters, lead HR projects and collaborate with wider HR teams to deliver people solutions across the business.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior stakeholders
  • Strong background in performance management, talent development and organisational effectiveness
  • Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders within a fast-paced environment
  • Degree educated in HR, Business or a related discipline with CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent)
  • Experience of HR project management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Exposure to HR systems implementation or optimisation
