Job Details:

  • Pay: Β£45,000 - Β£53,000 per annum
  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am - 4.30 pm
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Benefits: Discretionary company bonus increasing with length of service, life assurance, BUPA medical cover, increased employer pension scheme and 25 days' holiday

Job Role: As the Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for reactive maintenance and repair of production equipment, including powder filling systems, packaging lines, mixing vessels and general process equipment. The Reliability Engineer will investigate underperforming equipment and implement corrective actions, working closely with internal departments to minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability. The role will also involve condition monitoring, first-line PLC and HMI diagnostic checks and subsequent troubleshooting.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Previous multiskilled maintenance experience within a Reliability Engineering, maintenance or similar engineering role
  • Root cause analysis experience
  • Experience of vibration analysis and ultrasound techniques
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
  • Ability to carry out first-line PLC and HMI diagnostic checks and troubleshooting
  • The Reliability Engineer will require a proactive approach to identifying equipment faults and improving reliability

Advantageous Skills, Experience, xiskglj or Qualifications

  • Experience of using SAP
