Job Details:
- Pay: £30,000 – £31,000 per annum
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Duration: Permanent
- Benefits: Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days at home (on a rota), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Job Role:
The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for managing daily order requirements and handling customer enquiries for a specific range of accounts. Key duties include prioritising workloads, processing orders accurately, maintaining customer specification files, and supporting the wider team with training, resource cover, and continuous improvement initiatives.
