Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Manufacturing company in their search for a Forklift/ Production Operative to work in their leading facility in Hortonwood.
For the successful Forklift / Production Operatives our client is offering:
- Starting rate of Β£12.50 per hour
- Days based role 8:15am - 4:45pm - 40 hours per week
- Temporary - Permanent position
- Free parking
- Overtime opportunities

The role β Forklift/ Production Operative:
- Using a machine to develop the product
- Production of the circuit board
- Using a bonding press
- Laying up laminates into a package and placing into the press
- Forklift driving
- Unloading materials from the racking
- Adjusting the temperature on the machine
- Monitoring the pressure on the machine
- Visual inspection
- General warehousing/ stores
- Processing the product through the machine
- Checking quality
- Manual handling as will involve lifting products at times
- Stripping layers imaged using a dry film
What our client is looking for in a Forklift/ Production Operative:
- Previous experience in a similar role - Preferred
- Possess Manufacturing experience
- FLT Counterbalance Licence - Essential
- Someone who is fit, and able to lift up 20kg on a daily basis.
- Stable work history
- Knowledge/Awareness of Manual Handling as Lifting will be involved
