For the successful Sheet Metal Supervisor our client is offering: Salary of between £35,000 - £45,000 - Depending on experience Working Nights - Monday to Thursday 6pm - 6am Permanent position within a growing Manufacturer 20 days + 8 bank holidays Pension contribution The Role - Sheet Metal Supervisor: Overseeing a Shopfloor on the Night Shift, typically responsible for 7/8 Staff on shift Allocating work out to the team Holding meetings with the team Ensuring production targets are being met Leaving a handover for the Day Shift Ensuring the shift is manned correctly Working on either the Laser or Press Brake - Depending on your background This role is split between Supervisory & working on the machines too What our client is looking for in a Sheet Metal Supervisor: Experienced in working on either Laser or Press Brake machinery - ESSENTIAL Previous Supervisory / Team Leading experience - ESSENTIAL Able to work from drawings Strong communication skills Happy with doing a mixture of Supervising & running machines Strong Sheet Metal knowledge Happy working Nights Key Skills or similar Job Titles: Sheet Metal Supervisor, Sheet Metal Team Leader, Laser Supervisor, Press Brake Supervisor, Press Brake Team Leader, Foreman Commutable from: Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Newport, Dudley, Wednesbury, Bridgnorth, Market Drayton, Shifnal, Wem, Much Wenlock, Birmingham For further information about this and other positions please apply now.
