For the successful Reliability Engineer, our client is offering:
- Starting salary of up to £50,000 per annum
- Monday – Friday, Days role
- Permanent Contract

The Role – Reliability Engineer:
- Lead and promote a reliability-focused culture across maintenance, engineering, and operations.
- Own and analyze operational data to prioritize, lead, and implement reliability improvements.
- Facilitate and lead stakeholder meetings to measure and validate reliability improvement actions.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for reliability tools and methodologies, including asset criticality, FMEA, asset care plans, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Hands-on problem-solving and project implementation, working closely with contractors and OEMs.
- Analyze and improve maintenance strategies, applying risk-based economic thinking to enhance cost efficiency.
- Lead and direct the team on a daily basis and deputize for the Area Maintenance Manager as needed.
- Develop an obsolescence roadmap in collaboration with the CAPEX team.
What our client is looking for in a Reliability Engineer:
- HND or BEng Degree - DESIRABLE
- Proven experience in maintenance strategy development and implementation - ESSENTIAL
- Regulated manufacturing experience - ESSENTIAL
- Proficiency in reliability tools such as CBM, RCA, FMECA, and CMMS (SAP PM).
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, Pareto, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- SAP experience and team leadership experience - DESIRABLE
