We are growing – and on the hunt for a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Telford. What we are offering:
- Pay: £26,000 to £32,000 per annum DOE (with an uncapped commission structure)
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

What you will be doing:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of multiple accounts, while also helping to grow our existing business and develop new opportunities within your designated area. With the support of our dedicated in-house talent acquisition team handling candidate sourcing, you will be free to focus on the relationship side of the job you thrive at.
To succeed, you will need:
- Proven experience in INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL OR ENGINEERING recruitment - ESSENTIAL
- A valid UK driving licence - ESSENTIAL
- Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent IT skills and attention to detail when recording data
