Job Role: The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance across manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum uptime. As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will diagnose faults efficiently, implement effective repairs, and support continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis. You will collaborate closely with production and engineering teams, ensuring all work is carried out safely, compliantly, and in line with quality and regulatory standards.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within a regulated manufacturing environment
- Recognised time-served Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills on production equipment
- The successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will have experience working to cGMP, EHS, and quality standards
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Multi-skilled (electrical and mechanical) capability
- Experience with HVAC systems, autoclaves, filling lines, or freeze dryers
