  • Monday to Thursday 7.45AM to 4.30PM & Friday 7.45AM to 12.30PM (Days position)

The Role - Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on manufacturing equipment
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults
  • Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Assisting with machinery installations, upgrades, and project work
  • Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations
  • Updating maintenance records using CMMS systems
  • Supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Liaising with production teams to maximise equipment performance

What our client is looking for in the successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

  • Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC, HND, Apprenticeship or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing, production, FMCG, food, packaging, automotive, or industrial environment
  • Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics
