Job Role:
The Inventory Controller will be responsible for ensuring stock accuracy across multiple UK warehouse locations, managing reconciliations between physical and system stock levels, and resolving discrepancies. As an Inventory Controller, you will work closely with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to investigate stock issues, improve processes, and maintain data integrity. Responsibilities include auditing warehouse stock, resolving discrepancies, managing delivery disputes, and ensuring SAP data accuracy. The Inventory Controller will also oversee stock loss reporting and supplier claims.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as an Inventory Controller or within stock management in a multi-site or 3PL environment
- Strong working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system
- Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
