Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Laser Setter based in Dudley.
For the successful Laser Setter, our client is offering:
- Starting pay rate of £13.50 on the Morning Shift & £14 per hour on the Afternoon shift
- 6am-2:30pm Monday to Friday and 2pm-11:30pm and Fridays 2pm-6pm
- Rotating Weekly
- Temporary-Permanent position
- Overtime opportunities available on Saturday mornings paid at time and a half
- Free parking
The role – Laser Setter:
- Setting & Operating a Bystronic based Laser machine
- Loading and unloading of material and cut parts
- Sorting of parts to customers
- Loading programs and raw materials
- Setting the machine to process various thickness of materials
- Reading engineering drawings
What our client is looking for in a Laser Setter:
- Experience of working on a Laser machine
- Highly advantageous if you've worked on Bystronic machinery
- It would be advantageous if you have a FLT Licence
- Previous fabrication experience
- Able to work from drawings
