Recruit4staff is proud to represent its client, a leading Manufacturing company, in its search for an Internal Sales Executive to work from their modern facility based in Telford.

For the successful Internal Sales Executive, our client is offering:

  • Competitive salary of between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
  • Working hours: 8:15am - 4:30pm with a 3:30pm finish on Fridays
  • Permanent Position within a thriving Manufacturing business
  • Hybrid working available after training period
  • Pension scheme
  • Birthday holiday
  • Internal training
  • Commission is available based on Sales/Invoicing up to a maximum of £10,000

The Role of the Internal Sales Executive includes:

  • Dealing with new and existing customer base, receiving and evaluating enquiries, generating written or verbal quotations, order receipt, order entry, acknowledgement and works orders.
  • Liaising with new and existing customers regarding product prices, availability and advising on the full product range and services.
  • Engaging with customers to convert quotations into sales.
  • Proactively seeking out new customers to increase sales.
  • Management of key accounts and the administration responsibilities.
  • Helping to constantly improve the company's customer service, quoting, order processing and conversion rates.

  • Demonstrate previous sales/internal sales experience - ESSENTIAL
  • Possess an excellent, confident telephone manner
  • Confident in dealing with existing/new customers
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
