For the successful General Operative our client is offering:
- £12.21 per hour
- Day shifts (39 hours per week)
- Monday to Thursday 7:30 to 4:30 & Fri 7:30 to 12:30
- Temporary to Permanent role
- Free parking on-site
- Immediate starts
- Overtime rates x1.33 midweek, x1.5 Saturday & x2 Sunday
- Early finish on Fridays
The role – General Operative:
- Responsible for general assembly work
- Helping in various parts of production
- Using power hand tools
- Manual handling
- Moving stock
- Working as part of a team to ensure all production targets are met.
What our client is looking for in a General Operative:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment – ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience working in a workshop – BENEFICIAL
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Excellent work ethic
- High attention to detail
