Job Details:
Pay: up to £50,000 per annum
Hours of Work: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:30 & Friday 08:00–15:00
Duration: Permanent
Benefits: 5% company pension and 26 days' holiday
Job Role: As a Process Engineer , you will thoroughly review current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to streamline and improve working practices. The Process Engineer will support continuous improvement across CNC machining, welding, electropolishing and inspection operations, helping to enhance efficiency, quality and overall manufacturing performance.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a Process Engineer or within a relevant manufacturing or engineering environment
Experience supporting CNC machining, fabrication or welding operations
Experience analysing and improving manufacturing processes
Experience conducting root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions
Experience working within quality management systems
Experience managing improvement projects from concept through to implementation
HNC/HND or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or a similar discipline
The Process Engineer will require a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement principles
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement qualifications relevant to a Process Engineer position
IOSH Managing Safely
Six Sigma Green Belt
Commutable From: Deeside, Flint, Wrexham, Ellesmere Port, Wirral, Birkenhead
